Mindfulness sessions are 20 min long and take place either virtually or in person in Hamburg (travel costs may occur).
Every session is made up of:
~ 2 min introduction
~ 8 min breath practice
~ 8 min guided meditation
~ 2 min of mental preparation for the task/time ahead

These sessions combine the calming and stress-reducing properties of traditional mindfulness and meditation practices with the capacity-building properties of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programing).
By merging my experience as a meditation teacher with my experience working in the financial industry i create practical and effective sessions that meet your employees where they are.
Language & techniques used in a corporate setting are vastly different to studios. I know how to capture a corporate audience. All sessions are accessible for ALL employees. No sitting on the ground.
