Inner Magic

Real Meditation for Women abandoning boxes.

Why do you need meditation?

Are you finding yourself worried about the future, remorseful about the past or just doubting the way you show up right now?

When you think about the future, do you get stuck in shoulds and fear instead of opportunities?

Is every day a new cycle of overwhelm and stress resulting in insomnia, digestive issues or emotional reactiveness towards the people you love?

When you become still and undistracted do you get overwhelmed by your thoughts and beliefs about yourself and the world?

What if…

  • You're in the right spot! Our 1:1 meditation coaching starts with the very basics and takes you progressively to a deeper understanding of the how, why and what of a breath & meditation practice.

  • I hate to break it to you, but in that sense, you're not very special. The human mind is made to produce thoughts and to constantly be on the lookout for threats and opportunities.

But that doesn't mean you can't experience your inner magic. I promise, there's no mind too busy for the kind of meditation I teach.

  • Developing greater access to your inner magic doesn't mean you're going to suppress all other emotions.

By finding easier access to your inner reservoir of peace and growing your capacity to feel joy, you're building your resiliency and your capacity to experience all of life without feeling like you're getting suffocated by it.

  • Studies have been very promising in showing that meditation helps reduce the effects and in some cases even the root cause of anxiety.

The power of learning meditation in this 1:1 setting is that every session caters to your unique challenges and qualities.

There's nothing you HAVE to do in these sessions, and you're always welcome to stop a practice if that's what feels safest at that moment.

  • discovery callJust as with anxiety, studies have shown that meditation can help reduce the effects of depression to varying degrees.

If you're unsure and haven't tried meditation before, I highly recommend giving it a go. If you're unsure if it is for you, you're always welcome to hop on a discovery call with your doubts and I promise to give you an honest and straightforward answer.

Hi, I’m Saskia.

I’m a meditation coach and Soul Biz consultant and I am passionate about women abandoning boxes and living true to their inner magic. In life and in biz.

After leaving a job behind that sucked the life out of me I started to follow my inner magic, embrace my unique qualities and stepped up to become the person I always wanted to be.

People love the safe spaces I created for them to dive deep into their inner well of peace and magic. I pride myself in not bringing any judgement into the self-development containers I offer and instead a whole lot of compassion and life-changing questions.

I live my life in service to other people. AND I put my own well-being first because I know that this is the only way to be of better service to others. And you get to experience that, too.

I studied hundreds of hours in modalities like yoga, meditation, breath practices, subconscious work and facilitation.

The spaces I create are first and foremost spaces of permission: Permission to be scared of what it means for your life and your relationships when you abandon your boxes. Permission to feel and express all the emotions, from excitement, sadness, grief, anger to frustration and beyond. Permission to brag and celebrate. Permission to fall apart. Permission to ask for support. Permission to reject any advice. Permission to be the way you are, right now at this moment.

Early on as a child, I learnt that following my own needs and putting them first was “selfish” and condemned. Through my own inner work, I was able to undo this and change into a person who puts her well-being first without guilt. I’m a recovering people-pleaser myself!

I went on a trip around the world although the people whose loving permission I was craving the most never gave it to me.

I left a business that was making me ill at a point in time when almost every person in my life condemned this decision as “stupid” and “selfish” - and it was the best decision I ever made.

During transformational retreats and women’s circles I hosted, countless women felt empowered to speak up about what they truly desired.

I don’t do mindless affirmations or make people wrong for not being able to prioritize their well-being - I show people processes that work from deep within instead.

“It is indeed A radical act of love just to sit down and be quiet for a time by yourself.”
