Cancellation Policy
With your purchase of a one-off private session or ticket, you are bindingly registered with us.
Please note the financial regulations for one-off private sessions and tickets:
Cancellation up to 7 days before the session/event = 100% refund minus 10 NZD handling fee
Cancellation 7-2 days before the session/event = 50% refund minus 10 NZD handling fee
Cancellation less than 2 days before the session/event = no refund
Private sessions can be rescheduled without charge until 24 hours before the initially scheduled session. The same session can be rescheduled no more than two times.
Refund & Returns
Given the nature of downloadable digital items, we do not generally offer a refund or credit on a purchase unless required under New Zealand consumer law or other relevant consumer protection laws.

Saskia Seeling (Dunedin Central, Dunedin 9016, New Zealand) offers meditation, yoga, and life coaching services online and in-person and is also called "operator" in the following. Additional information and contact details can be found in the imprint.
We offer self-guided courses. These can be attended virtually after prior registration. The courses serve the purpose of relaxation and self-perception but do not replace therapy or medical treatment. Questions in detail will be answered directly and physical complaints will be asked in advance. Science confirms the positive influence of yoga and meditation on body, mind and soul.

Saskia Seeling General Terms & Conditions are the sole valid and applicable terms and conditions and are the basis and agreement between operator and user. Deviating conditions of the user do not apply.

The online billing for the purchase of a service or course is operated by a cooperation partner. This partner simplifies the payment of the course fee and accelerates the registration for the course. The General Terms and Conditions of the cooperation partner have priority.
