Join me for a 75 min class to move from doing to being where we explore slowing down through different themes of Yin Yoga.
The beauty of Yin Yoga is that every body is a yoga body. You don’t have to be strong, flexible, or fit. You are enough for this practice just as you are.
Yin Yoga is a simple practice: shapes (poses) are held for a couple of minutes at a time, allowing you to deeply release tension held in your body. Through the use of props (provided) these shapes will provide the right depth and intensity for your body, no matter what the person on the mat next to you does.
Sessions are 75 minutes in length and include physical shapes, simple breathing techniques and a short meditation to close the experience.
All levels of practitioners are welcome.
All props are provided.
